Talent Acquisition Specialist / Inhouse Recruiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Inhouse Recruiter to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire internal recruiting process, including job posting, telephone pre-qualification, and personal interviews. You will also be responsible for the employer branding of BludauPartners, developing new innovative impulses, and working together with the marketing department. Additionally, you will be responsible for the implementation and design of employer branding campaigns, the creation of action plans, and the further development of the recruiting strategy.
