We are looking for an Inhouse Recruiter to actively shape the entire recruiting process and accompany our teams in their growth. The ideal candidate has completed studies in business administration, economics, psychology, personnel management, or a comparable training, and has experience in recruiting, active sourcing, and working with recruiting tools.
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, psychology, personnel management, or a comparable training
- Experience in recruiting (ideally in-house or in the agency field)
- Experience in active sourcing and in dealing with recruiting tools
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working method
- Communication skills and advisory competence on eye level with management
- Organisational talent and a good sense of people and company culture
- Ideally experience in the e-commerce or tech environment
