Requirements
- 3-5 years in Ecommerce / IT /Start-up/ search firm recruiting experience in Tech / Non Tech hiring.
- MBA from a premier institute
- Additional experience in sourcing talent from a variety of channels, including job boards, employee referrals, networking, social media, and complex internet searches.
