Job Description
We are looking for an IT engineer to join our User Support team: NAS. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing client technical and software equipment, diagnosing and resolving problems, and preparing IT equipment and documentation.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Ability to understand not only technologies, but also people
- Good analytical thinking and strong orientation towards efficient and high-quality problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid driver's license
