We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our User Support Department to monitor customers' technical and software equipment, diagnose and eliminate problems, and prepare IT equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Windows, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Mac OS X and knowledge of IT infrastructure management are a plus.
