Job Description
Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Director, Enterprise Strategy to support the development of corporate strategy and drive essential changes in the organization. The role will play a key role in shaping the company's future and oversee cross-functional, organization-wide strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Ten years of experience in business strategic planning, enterprise process analysis, and/or engineering, or business or enterprise architect experience with management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working for a health plan or health care delivery system
- Project leadership experience within the healthcare industry
- Experience leading large-scale innovation and/or process improvement
- A deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and industry trends
