Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience at a top-tier institution: management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a high-growth technology company with a demanding, performance-driven culture
- Strong ownership mindset: independent, with a bias to action
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across large organizations
- Experience in high-stakes situations: calm under pressure, able to prioritize masterfully, and energized by ambiguity
- Ability to build processes, programs, or functions from scratch
- Passion for deal-making and the strategic complexity of enterprise partnerships
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
