Director, Insurance Business Unit Strategy

Humana is seeking a Director, Insurance Business Unit Strategy to manage and deliver strategy projects end-to-end, leading high-quality deliverables for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of full-time work experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Healthcare experience
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver strategy consulting engagements end-to-end
• Experience leading strategic planning, and/or experience leading enterprise, business unit, and/or line of business strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Highly collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams both directly and indirectly, and to mentor and develop junior staff
