Director Strategy

Highmark Health is seeking a Director Strategy to lead a portfolio of strategy projects and develop and improve key enterprise strategic initiatives. The Director will collaborate with senior-most executives and stakeholders to set project, office, and team direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• 3-4 years of experience as a consultant/client-facing member of services business, or 4 years of strategy experience
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare related field, preferably inside health or hospital system or health plan
• 3 years of in a management role
