Manager, Slope Maintenance - Year Round - Full Time

Manage Slope Maintenance operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and consistently maintained skiing and riding conditions. Foster a detail-oriented culture and ensure all snowmaking, grooming, and maintenance activities are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years related snowmaking and/or grooming and some landscape construction experience an asset
• Experience managing a medium size work unit through subordinate leaders with skilled and mature tradesmen
• Ability to work weekend, day and overnight shifts
• Experience managing capital and operating budgets a of $250,000 an asset
