Summer Camp Activity Specialist: Archery

We are seeking a friendly, reliable outdoor enthusiast to provide high-quality recreation experience for the Blue Mountain Adventure Camp as a Summer Camp Activity Specialist for Archery.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age by 6/22/2026
• Strong enthusiasm for outdoors and recreation
• Specific required experience, interest, and skills in Archery (both compound bow and recurve bow)
• An active Archery Instructor certification or ability and willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work both within a team and independently without direct supervision
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
• Extraordinary ability to provide outstanding guest service
• Enjoys supervising and directing a specific group activity
• Enjoys working with children
