We're seeking a Director, Site Operations to lead our Washington Manufacturing locations, ensuring facility standards, cultivating a positive site culture, and maintaining strong community relationships. This leadership role balances operational excellence with strategic community integration while representing the company's mission and values.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience developing an annual operating plan and managing budgets
• Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and community relations
• Strong employee relations, people leadership, communication and public speaking skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
