Director, Site Operations

We envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience developing an annual operating plan and managing budgets for items such as capital equipment expenses and employee engagement initiatives
• Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and community relations
• Strong employee relations, people leadership, communication and public speaking skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives with demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions
• Track record of successful employee engagement programs
