Recruiting Coordinator (Fixed Term)

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Blue Origin. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and peers to deliver an outstanding interview experience for all candidates. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of the candidate recruiting cycle.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience with recruiting coordination, calendar management, or high-touch client or office management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build cross-organization partnerships.
• Superb customer service focus, attention to detail, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle high-volume environments, with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deliverables.
• Strong communication skills, inclusive of written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
