Recruiting Coordinator (Fixed Term)

Blue Origin is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a fixed-term position. The role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and peers to deliver an outstanding interview experience for all candidates.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience with recruiting coordination, calendar management, or high-touch client or office management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build cross-organization partnerships
• Superb customer service focus, attention to detail, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle high-volume environments, with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deliverables
• Strong communication skills, inclusive of written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools
