As a Structural Analyst III, you will support the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond.
Requirements
- Detailed hand Calc and FE analysis of primary and secondary aerospace structures.
- Documentation of stress analysis to support release of engineering drawings / documents.
- Making predictions, implementing test campaigns, and creating reports in support of hardware qualifications.
- Supporting other teams and team members with inputs for configuration development and trade studies.
- Mentoring and analysis checks for designers and junior structural analysts in stress/stability/fracture analysis and standard processes.
- Improving enterprise analysis capabilities such as crafting process automation tools for model creation, optimization, strength checks, and analysis report generation.
