Financial Reporting – Real Assets Accounting, Vice President

Blue Owl is looking for a strategic accounting professional to oversee financial reporting for their non-traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The qualified Vice President will be open to new ideas and processes and help the Company institutionalize existing practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of real estate accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting skills with an emphasis on Historical Cost and Fair Value basis of accounting for real estate
• SEC reporting experience including Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other transactional offerings
• Ability to understand leases, debt agreements, and private placement memorandums
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• CPA preferred, not required
