Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in dispute resolution
• Solid educational background, preferably with a degree in law or a related field
• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in using document management software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
• Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
• Familiarity with Bermuda legal procedures and regulations is a plus
