Job Description
Blue Pencil is working with a leading international law firm in Dubai that is currently seeking a mid to senior level Projects Associate. The role involves advising clients on project related matters with an emphasis on project development transactions for borrowers and lenders in infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- UK/Commonwealth qualified legal practitioner
- 3-6 years PQE (flexible)
- Experience of projects/infrastructure development and construction matters
- Knowledge of PPP/PFI structures
- EPC Contracts
- FIDIC forms
- O&M contracts
- Project finance work
- Complex commercial contracts
- Due diligence in relation to M&A contracts
