Job Description
We are searching for an experienced Banking & Finance Associate to join our client’s industry-leading and growing transactional Banking team in Oman. This is an exciting and challenging role and is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious banking lawyer looking to develop their knowledge and progress their career within a global firm.
Requirements
- Exceptional Senior Associate around 6+ years PQE for a senior role in our client’s Tier 1 ranked Banking and Finance practice in Oman
- Strong LMA and English law experience on both lender and borrower side work (with an additional mix of Islamic financing and project financing where possible).
- Good team player with a sense of adventure and an eagerness to build their profile in the local and regional market.
- Right experience, exposure and knowledge of the region
- Arabic is a bonus but not essential
