Requirements

• Analyze mechanical problems and produce innovative solutions using multiple fabrication and material methods
• Oversee and engage in product development from design and development through implementation
• Evaluate mechanical designs for potential flaws and offer modifications to eliminate potential problems
• Comply with all federal regulations and maintain organizational values and standards
• Prepare assembly or product layout and detailed drawings
• Provide tolerances studies, apply GD&T, conduct stress-analysis studies, develop reliability testing procedures
• Design testing methods to analyze product capabilities and troubleshoot any mechanical or structural flaws
