Biomedical Technician / Equipment Support Specialist - Level III

We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our dynamic team at the VA in Seattle, WA. Requirements

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on medical equipment
• Conduct corrective maintenance and diagnose malfunctions in medical devices
• Carry out incoming inspections of new medical equipment
• Implement and maintain medical device security protocols
• Install, calibrate, and configure medical equipment
• Conduct electrical safety inspections
• Monitor and address hazard and safety recalls
• Perform software repairs and updates
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Provide technical support and training to medical staff
