Job Description
The Reservation Staff - Head Office is responsible for actively supporting the sales process of Golden Bird/Bigbird charter services, contributing to commercial sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any major
- 1-2 year of work experience as a sales marketing or telemarketing professional
- Knowledge of tour buses or travel agencies
- Basic proficiency in English communication
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office 365
