Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in the creative evolution of BlueConic's visual identity and digital experience.
Requirements
- 5-7 year of experience in brand and digital design, preferably in B2B SaaS, consumer branding, or growth-stage companies.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve creative output, experimentation, and scalability.
- Strong Webflow design and development experience including building responsive pages, CMS structures, reusable components, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to design for performance marketing and conversion, not just aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of modern SaaS visual systems and digital-first brand execution.
