Job Description
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Retail to join our team at BlueConic. The successful candidate will be responsible for injecting real-world Retail judgment into every strategic moment, interpreting the future of Retail, and challenging legacy assumptions. This role requires direct experience inside Retail or a top-tier research, advisory, or strategy firm, combined with deep, hands-on industry exposure. The ideal candidate will be opinionated but pragmatic, able to connect strategy, data, technology, and outcomes, and have a clear POV on the future of Retail.
Requirements
- Direct experience inside Retail in areas such as Digital or Growth Leadership, CRM, Customer Data, or Marketing Technology, E-commerce or Omnichannel Strategy, or Customer Experience or Personalization
- Proven influencing content publication and social media followership
- Experience from a top-tier research, advisory, or strategy firm, combined with deep, hands-on industry exposure
