We are looking for an Account Executive to help grow our Anaplan business across Europe. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, consulting, or planning transformation, and is comfortable with long-cycle, relationship-driven sales. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with clients, prospects, and ecosystem partners, and requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, consulting, planning transformation, or planning-heavy industry roles
- Experience interacting with clients, influencing decisions, or supporting commercial conversations
- Understanding of planning processes such as demand, supply, inventory, and/or S&OP/IBP
- Familiarity with tools like Anaplan, Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, or similar—hands-on Anaplan is a plus, not a must
- Comfortable with long-cycle, relationship-driven sales—patient, thoughtful, persistent
- Curious about account management, nurturing sales, and consultative selling
- Energized by event networking, ecosystem engagement, and proactive follow-up
- Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complexity
- Strong relationship builder who enjoys staying in touch over time
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing follow-ups and tracking opportunities
- Collaborative and low-ego, thriving in team-based selling environments
- Comfortable working in English in an international environment; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel across Europe for client visits, events, and conferences
- Valid driver’s license or will obtain this in the next 6 months
