SaaS Implementation Consultant

As a SaaS Implementation Consultant, you will guide customers through the entire implementation lifecycle of Binocs, a cutting-edge SaaS solution designed to help laboratories and cell & gene therapy teams optimize their scheduling, planning, and resource management. You will lead strategic implementations, analyze and understand business processes, engage and educate stakeholders, design and configure solutions, facilitate change management, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.
• 2–5 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions.
• Comfort with data analysis and visualization; able to troubleshoot dataflows and interpret dashboards.
• Familiarity with business software environments, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.
• Exceptional Communication Skills, Adaptable and Entrepreneurial Mindset
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
• A Master’s degree is preferred; a background in bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage.
