Job Description
As a SaaS Implementation Consultant – Life Sciences, you will act as both a business consultant and expert advisor, guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle of Binocs. This AI-driven solution optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes.
Requirements
- Analyse and Understand Business Processes
- Design and Configure Solutions
- Lead Strategic Implementations
- Experience with data analysis
- Familiar with data visualization
- Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Experience with SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field
- Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions
- Master’s degree; a background in bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch are required; additional languages are a bonus
- Valid driver’s license
