Blueleaf is looking for a Shift Manager to oversee shift operations, manage team performance, and resolve operational issues. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience and be able to manage a team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and meet departure deadlines.

Requirements

• Manage shift operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and meet departure deadlines
• Oversee team performance and resolve operational issues
• Have a good understanding of warehouse management processes and systems
• Have strong communication skills and be able to work under pressure
