Shift Manager

We are recruiting for a Shift Manager to join our Equipment Management operation in Sherburn in Elmet, supporting our customer Sainsbury’s. The Shift Manager will provide leadership and guidance for the warehouse team, ensuring the operation runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising or managing a large team in a complex, fast-paced warehouse environment
• An understanding of key operational cost drivers and P&L or cost centre management
• Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams to ensure excellent performance
