Shift Manager

We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the warehouse operations, colleague wellbeing, health and safety, and meeting operational KPI's. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £38,000.00 per annum, plus shift allowances and 33 days holiday.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a large, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge around H&S policies & producers
