Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Department, providing high-level support to the VP of Legal and the Director of Contracts & Regulatory Affairs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in corporate and employment legal work and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive paralegal experience, with at least 2+ years in a corporate legal department or in-house counsel environment.
• Experience in corporate governance, employment law, and contract management required.
• Prior telecom, technology, or infrastructure industry experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate and employment law principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of contract structures and risk management processes.
• Excellent research, drafting, and document management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and contract management software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
• Unwavering discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
