Job Description
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Queens, NY is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Client Service Supervisor to lead the training and development of client service associates, ensure efficient staffing, and create a positive client experience.
Requirements
- Plan and ensure completion of initial training program for new Client Service associates
- Guide the Client Service Team Leader to schedule client service associates
- Communicate with client service associates and provide feedback
- Coach associates to anticipate and address client services
- Plan and execute regular team meetings
- Meet with clients to discuss concerns and questions
