Client Service Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to guide the daily activities of the Client Services Team and provide management coverage for the CS department. The successful candidate will plan, monitor, and ensure completion of initial training programs, guide team leaders to schedule client service associates, and communicate with clients and team members to ensure seamless services.
