The Regional Marketing Executive will be responsible for strategically driving market development across the Systemic Mastocytosis landscape, fostering awareness of SM, identifying and developing SM champions, and fostering multi-specialty connections to advance care for SM patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 8 years of work experience in marketing, sales, or related functions
- Minimum 4 years of field marketing, TLL, or other relevant field-type roles
- Allergy/Immunology and Hematology background required
- Rare Disease and/or TA with market development background preferred
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team/forming a treatment team preferred
- Academic center focus and KOL development experience required
- Cross functional commercial background a plus (i.e. marketing, sales leadership, etc.)
- Project management preferred
- Vendor management preferred
- Demonstrated success across multiple drug launches in applicable specialty markets
- Understanding of oral targeted therapies with a requisite diagnostic component and ability to navigate in complex market access environments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in creating and executing on customer account plans
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify and action on creative solutions
- Ability to establish credibility, connect the dots and align multiple stakeholders to pioneer the adoption of new products, methods and technologies
- A team player able to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, gain consensus and act independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
