The Senior Manager, Speaker Bureau Operations is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of speaker bureau programs, serving as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and field stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant industry event planning and execution, communications, and/or marketing operations experience
- Ability to travel approximately 25–50% to support program execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong drive for results and ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal oversight
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; can build relationships and lead teams without direct authority
- Strong project management skills; develops and executes project plans and can lead others to do so
