Senior Manager, Congress Lead - U.S. Rare Tumors Marketing Operations

The Senior Manager, Congress Lead is responsible for leading, managing, measuring, and driving continuous improvement of national and regional congresses, field force exhibits, and state society memberships for the Rare Tumor Commercial Team. The role involves high-level cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5–8 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience
• At least 2 years in Marketing Operations and/or project management
• Significant experience working in a high-risk contracting environment
• Current understanding of pharmaceutical and promotional rules and regulations
