As a Senior Engineer at BlueShift, you will be instrumental in building and designing the mechanical and control systems for our electrochemical technology and processes.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in industry
- Comfortable with machining, casting, 3D printing, and additive manufacturing
- Highly proficient in SolidWorks; SolidWorks FlowSim or equivalent
- Experience working with flow control or water treatment systems, working with programmable logic units and controllers, or similar
- Strong problem solving skills and taking initiative to overcome obstacles
- Creative thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Confidence and skills in building and prototyping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaboration across disciplines
- Ability to travel to pilot sites and partner facilities as needed
