Job Description
The Barista is responsible for upholding the standard of quality of the Bluestone Lane coffee and beverage program within their home store. They act as a role model, upholding brand ambassadorship, and driving sales while providing excellent customer service. This role involves coffee preparation, POS handling, and ingredient management.

- Follows BL recipes and presentation standards
- Manages coffee shop equipment and maintenance
- Dials machine and maintains espresso extraction
