Job Description
The Team Captain is responsible for the local coffee shop experience, maintaining a positive atmosphere and ensuring excellent service. They act as a manager in the absence of the GM and lead the team, especially in busy periods. Responsibilities include directing team, ensuring quality, managing waste, and providing feedback to the GM. This is a supervisory position requiring strong communication and leadership skills.

- Providing feedback and addressing performance issues.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and sanitation.
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
