Job Description
The Team Captain in the Coffee Shop is responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience, maintaining a cohesive team, and adhering to company standards. They work both behind the bar and assisting the GM, ensuring excellent service and sales. The role involves cleaning, maintaining inventory, and providing feedback to the GM.
Requirements
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience in hospitality (minimum 3 years)
- Supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
- Physical stamina (standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40lbs)
