Job Description
The Team Captain is responsible for the local experience in the Cafe, maintaining a cohesive, efficient, and positive store environment. They assist the General Manager in building a stable team, act as manager on duty, and drive efficiency and recognition to maximize sales targets.
Requirements
- Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Department of Health for Food Protection Certificate & Bluestone Lane Barista Accreditation
