The Sales Enablement Manager improves sales team performance by developing sales tools, strengthening sales processes, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, channel support, or commercial strategy roles.
- Experience supporting distributor or partner sales models preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance trends.
- Preferred experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
