Job Description
As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in BluWave's Interim Executive Practice by supporting the growth and maintenance of BluWave's network of Private Equity grade interim executives and independent consultants.
Requirements
- 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years of professional work experience in a recruiting, business development, or sales role (preference for recruiting; preference for postgraduate degree if 0 years of professional work experience)
- Strong research capabilities and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a strong sense of teamwork
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Salesforce.com, and LLM-based applications (similar to ChatGPT)
