HR Assistant

Blys is a fast-growing start-up that provides wellness services to customers worldwide. The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the HR team by handling administrative tasks across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll preparation, and office coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, administrative, or office support roles
• Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, records management)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Close attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in supporting HR operations
