Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social or Economic Sciences, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources
- Internship or entry-level professional experience in Human Resources or HR Administration
- Strong organizational and structured working skills, combined with a high level of interpersonal awareness and understanding of human relations
- Team-oriented mindset, creative approach, and professional attitude
- Confident personality with an open mindset and an international outlook
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of back-office administrative processes
- High level of discretion, flexibility, extroversion, reliability, professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail
