Job Description
BM2 Freight Services, Inc is a full-service transportation solutions provider seeking a full-time Carrier Services Specialist to work at our Headquarters in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining operational integrity and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience working in the logistics industry
- Prior carrier vetting experience (preferred)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and technological skills
- Works well in a fast-paced team setting
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal/external customer service
- Strong time management and ability to deliver on timely deadlines
- Strong critical thinking skills
