Carrier Representative

As a Carrier Representative, you will source and secure capacity to move customer freight by building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing carriers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supply chain/logistics experience or equivalent college level coursework
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with load boards, TMS platforms, or freight brokerage systems
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with customers as well as Concept associates
• Ability to negotiate, persuade, and motivate others
