We are looking for an HR Service Leader to lead the HR Service team and develop the HR Service organization for the new Debrecen BMW factory, ensuring local HR services and adapting global HR processes to the Hungarian regulatory environment.

Requirements

• Develop the HR Service team
• Introduce basic HR systems
• Ensure efficient human resource management
• Take responsibility for the budget
• Ensure HR services meet company expectations and deadlines
• Provide direction on laws, systems, processes, and internal controls
• Make independent decisions
• Determine system requirements for HR IT implementation
• Support the local HR organization on key HR systems
• Ensure work instructions are comprehensive and up-to-date
