The Head of HR Services will be responsible for providing local HR services for the new plant in Debrecen, including HR administration, payroll, contact centre, and global assignments. The role will involve developing and training the HR services team, implementing core HR systems, and working with BMW global HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum
- Long-term professional experience in HR services and/or management
- Mandatory hands-on payroll experience
- Solid understanding of local working legislation, especially tax and social security regulations
- Deep functional knowledge in HR IT systems, ideally including SAP
- Experience in project management and/or HR transformation topics
- At least 5 years of experience in leading people
- English business fluent in written and spoken form, Hungarian fluent; German is an advantage
